Where do I get the two-step verification code to log in to a state agency portal?

Identify where your two-step verification code is being sent when trying to access state agency portals.

Some state agencies allow additional security measures to protect your account. One of these measures may be a two-step verification code (sometimes it's also known as a two-factor verification code or multi-factor verification code). 

If you automated your payroll account registration through Mosey, your two-step verification code will be available Accounts tab along with your username and password. If your two-factor code is not available, or is not working, please contact support@mosey.com. 

If you created or activated your online account prior to getting Mosey, it is possible that the two-step verification code is being sent to an email address or phone number owned by one of your team members. If you're unable to identify who owns the email address or phone number set up to receive two-step verification codes, or you no longer have access to that email address or phone number, you will need to reach out to the state agency so they can assist in recovering the account. State agencies will often require that an owner or officer be present at the time of calling.
