Reviewing Configurations

If your business information was answered incorrectly or simply needs to be updated, you can review your configurations directly in Mosey.

To review your configurations for each location, go to Locations → Select the state that needs review/update → Select 'Review Configuration' → Update answers as needed.

All answers will be saved automatically. By updating your configurations, tasks will either be opened or locked based on how you answer.

Please note that some answers cannot be updated by a user. For example, if your payroll provider is connected to Mosey or if a Mosey automation has already been initiated, you will need to reach out to our support team to update information related to those fields. This will be noted directly on the app when applicable.
