What data is collected thorugh the Payroll Connection?
List of data points collected by Mosey through the payroll integration.
Mosey requires the following fields from payroll connections to monitor and identify compliance requirements:
- Classification (employee, contractor, etc.)
- External ID (payroll-provided employee ID)
- Is Remote? (whether the employee is remote or not)
- Home City (employee residence city)
- Home Region (employee residence state)
- Home Postal Code (employee residence zip)
- Worksite City (city the employee works from)
- Worksite Region (state the employee works from)
- Worksite Postal Code (zip code the employee works from)
- Hourly Rate Cents (if not salary)
- Annual Salary Cents (if not hourly)
- Hire Date (when the employee was hired)
- Term Date (when the employee was terminated)
- Email Address (employee's work email address)
