Use Mosey to request a Certificate of Good Standing with the Secretary of State
You can use Mosey to request a Certificate of Good Standing in your state of incorporation. Please note that processing times by the state may vary based on the volume of requests the state may be processing at any given time. Mosey will provide the certificate to you as soon as it becomes available from the state.
Request a certificate of good standing:
1) Click “Locations” on the left-hand menu
2) Select your state of incorporation
3) Click the “Accounts” tab
4) Click “Request Certificate of Good Standing…”
5) Click "Submit"
Mosey will process your request and notify you with a copy of your certificate once the request is complete.
