Personalize your notification preferences to stay informed on important updates, policy changes, and compliance areas.
You can update your personal notification preferences directly in the Mosey app.
1) To update your preferences, go to Settings → Preferences → Email notifications
2) Customize which notifications you’d like to receive.
Currently, you can customize the following notifications:
- Account: Get notified about account updates and billing.
- Action required for automation: Sign documents and provide necessary information for automations in progress.
- Automation status: Stay up-to-date on your automations, including when registrations are sent to a state agency.
- Mailroom: Get notified when you receive new mail for state and local agencies.
- New requirements: Learn about new compliance tasks as soon as they are identified.
- Weekly summary: Receive summary of upcoming tasks and reminders each week.
3) Toggle “on” or “off” to customize which notifications you receive from Mosey.
If you have toggled a preference ‘on,’ the switch will be colorized and you will receive an email about that notification. If it is toggled ‘off,’ the switch will be grayed out and you will not receive an email notification. Your preferences will save automatically.
