Each state has a set of mandatory notices and posters that need to be displayed for employees in a shared, visible space. Mosey’s Notice Board provides a centralized place to display these notices for all your remote employees that will automatically stay up to date.
This guide will walk you through enabling the Notice Board and how best to make use of it.
Enable the Notice Board
Mosey will generate and update a central page for all employee labor notices and posters. To get started, go to any state, find the labor notices and posters requirement, and click the “Automate with Mosey” button.
This will add all the posters and notices to your Notice Board. Repeat this process for all states that you want included.
Make the notices and posters link accessible to all employees
Share the provided link with your employees in a readily accessible location such as a corporate wiki or shared doc. 
You can even embed it directly into Notion (click here to view a live example).
Notify your employees
You can email your employees to let them know about all of the notices and posters for each state. We’ve included a sample email below.

💡 What About Physical Offices?
Any physical offices must have posters & notices displayed in an area accessible by all employees. If you have a physical office then you can print the notices relevant to that office location and post them in a high visibility place, like a break room.
